The Basics Course is your entry point for learning Krav Maga, and is a stand-alone course suitable for all ages, fitness and skill levels. When you have finished this course, you will have learned some fundamental skills that will increase your chances of escaping a self defence scenario.
In 90 minutes you will be taught the principles of Krav Maga, how to apply them in a self defence situation and also aspects of UK Law as they apply to self defence.
The course is designed to be both fun and informative, and certainly not a full cardio workout, however you may break a sweat once in a while! Wear tracksuit bottoms, t-shirt and trainers, bring some water and a snack and perhaps a spare t-shirt to change into afterwards. We look forward to meeting you!
